GEORGE ALEJOS AND YOLANDA ALEJOS, Appellants, v. JOHN VANCE AND DEPOLOS, INC., Appellees.

Appeal from the 57th District Court of Bexar County, Texas (TC# 2016-CI-07128)

Before Alley, C.J., Palafox and Soto, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Briefing in this appeal concluded in April 2024. The case was set for submission on the briefs on August 12, 2024. On August 26, 2024, Laird McNeil, as temporary administrator of the Estate of Stella Alejos, submitted an amicus brief. Because an amicus curiae brief must comply with the briefing rules for parties, the court finds good cause to refuse to consider this amicus brief under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 11 and orders that it be returned.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
