This is an appeal from a judgment adjudicating guilt. Appellant filed a motion for an extension of time requesting additional time to file his brief because the reporter's record from the relevant hearing had not been filed.

On October 31, 2023, the court reporter filed the reporter's record from the hearing on the motion to adjudicate guilt. Appellant's motion for an extension of time to file his brief is GRANTED. Appellant's brief is due on or before December 1, 2023.
