The clerk's record was filed on April 10, 2023. The reporter's record was filed on April 19, 2023. Appellant's brief was originally due on May 19, 2023. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a). However, appellant's court-appointed trial counsel filed a motion to withdraw in the trial court. On June 21, 2023, the trial court granted trial counsel's motion to withdraw and appointed Kyle Ernst to represent appellant in this appeal. In light of these circumstances, we extend the time for filing appellant's brief. It is ORDERED that appellant's brief is due on or before July 24, 2023.
