Per Curiam.

Petitioner previously filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in case 1D14-0917, and this Court dismissed that petition pursuant to Baker v. State , 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). The petition for writ of habeas corpus in the instant case is dismissed as successive. See Johnson v. Singletary , 647 So. 2d 106, 109 (Fla. 1994) ("Successive habeas corpus petitions seeking the same relief are not permitted ....").
