CASE NO.: 2D16–4901

12-05-2016

Bobby J. ALBRITTON, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Joseph BARNESS, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

Petitioner's petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Parkway Bank v. Fort Myers Armature Works, Inc., 658 So. 2d 646, 648-49 (Fla. 2d DCA 1995). This dismissal is without prejudice to refile a timely notice of appeal if or when the trial court enters a final order disposing of the case.
