Judgment and order affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party. All concur. (The judgment is for plaintiff Charles F. Albright as against defendant, and in favor of defendant as against plaintiff Charles R. Albright, for no cause of action, in an automobile negligence action. The order denies defendant's motion for a new trial.)
