Upon due consideration of the parties' motion for extension of time, filed January 24, 2022, it is
ORDERED that the parties' motion for extension of time is granted in that the time within which the parties shall file simultaneous opening briefs is extended to February 25, 2022, and the time within which the parties shall file simultaneous answering briefs is extended to April 1, 2022.
