An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about June 30, 2021, and said appeal having been perfected, And an order of this Court having been entered on September 28, 2021 (M-2021-02818) granting respondent Kim C., leave to respond, as a poor person, to the aforesaid appeal, and assigning Leslie Lowenstein, Esq., Esq., as respondent's counsel; and assigned counsel having moved to be relieved, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of striking the designation of Leslie Lowenstein, Esq., Esq., as assigned counsel for respondent Kim C, and substituting, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Carol Kahn, Esq., P.O. Box 1592, New York, NY 10028, Tel. No. 212-744-7365 as such counsel. The poor person relief previously granted is continued and the perfected appeal is adjourned to the May 2022 Term.
