On October 31, 2023, docket entry 36, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. By Order dated February 29, 2024, docket entry 46, the Court directed petitioner, by March 15, 2024, to file a response to respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing filed October 31, 2023, docket entry 36.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, filed October 31, 2023, docket entry 36, is set for Hearing at a Washington, D.C., remote Special Trial Session of the Court, beginning on Monday, March 25, 2024, at a time and date certain of Monday, March 25, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's remote special session beginning March 25, 2024, and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for that remote special trial session.
This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
