MARVIN TUNCHEZ ALARCON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 6 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F22-70640-X.

ORDER

NANCY KENNEDY, JUSTICE.

Before the Court is court reporter Marissa Garza's third request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record filed on or before FEBRUARY 26, 2024.

The reporter's record was originally due October 12, 2023, and will be more than four months past the original due date on February 26, 2024. We caution Ms. Garza that the failure to file the complete reporter's record by February 26, 2024, will result in the Court utilizing whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Garza not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Nancy Mulder, Criminal District Court No. 6, Dallas County; Marissa Garza, Official Court Reporter, Criminal District Court No. 6; and counsel for all parties.
