This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On September 11, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 39).
Court personnel attempted to contact petitioner by phone to schedule a conference call but were unsuccessful in reaching petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, immediately upon receiving this order, but no later than October 2, 2023, petitioner shall telephone Karen Jones, Chambers Administrator of the undersigned judge, at 202-521-0760, for the purpose of scheduling a prompt telephone conference to discuss the current status of the case and petitioner's pending Motion for Summary Judgment.
