SANAA I. ALAOUI, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On September 1, 2022, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. However, that Application is incomplete: Petitioner has checked the box on the form indicating that petitioner receives income from "other sources," but has not indicated the amount of such income received per month, as required by the Application.

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 6, 2022, petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. Information regarding payment of the Court's filing fee is available on the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by the Court.
