Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was originally due September 8, 2024. On September 11, 2024, this Court granted the motion for extension of time to file the brief filed by appellant's counsel, Kristen Brown, and we directed Ms. Brown by postcard to file appellant's brief by October 8, 2024. On October 7, 2024, we granted Ms. Brown's second motion for extension of time to file the brief, and we ordered Ms. Brown to file appellant's brief by November 5, 2024. As of the date of this order, appellant's brief has not been filed.

We ORDER Ms. Brown to file appellant's brief filed on or before DECEMBER 2, 2024. If appellant's brief is not filed by that date, this appeal may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2).
