JOSE G. ALANIS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On November 27, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. A review of that document discloses that the amount shown in the first ordered and decided paragraph does not appear to correlate to the amount of the tax required to be shown on the return set forth in the third ordered and decided paragraph.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, either the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration or respondent shall file a Status Report providing clarification concerning the above-described amounts set forth in the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed November 27, 2023.

The parties are advised that any revised Proposed Stipulated Decision must comply with Rule 23(a)(4) of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
