ORDER

On March 27, 2017, we ordered Appellant Nancy Alanis and Appellee Barclays Capital Real Estate Inc. to show cause in writing why (1) the trial court's January 25, 2017 order granting a final summary judgment was not void and (2) this court has jurisdiction in this appeal. Both parties filed timely responses; we conclude we have jurisdiction in this appeal.

We reinstate the appellate timetable. The reporter's records have been filed and the appellate record is complete. Appellant's motion for this court to order the court reporters to file the reporter's records is MOOT.

Appellant's brief is due on May 22, 2017.
