An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 3, 2017, And petitioner-appellant having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5513(a), to deem the appeal timely, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, and for poor person relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, the appeal is dismissed as untimely, and that branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal and for poor person relief is denied, as academic.
