On December 6, 2023, the parties filed in this case a proposed stipulated decision and a settlement stipulation. The record in this case, however, does not contain a copy of the Notice of Deficiency at issue in this case. The Court also notes that the proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation are missing the "S" designation on the docket number in the caption of the documents. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation, both filed December 6, 2023, are hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before January 5, 2024, file with the Court a Status Report attaching thereto a copy of the Notice of Deficiency issued to petitioner for taxable year 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before January 5, 2024, file with the Court a proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation containing the proper docket number.
