Plaintiff Wajih Alaiyan and defendant Insightful Corporation, by and through their respective undersigned counsel of record, hereby stipulate to remand the above-captioned matter to the King County Superior Court for the state of Washington.

This stipulation shall not be construed as a waiver of plaintiff's right to assert any claim(s) founded on a claim or right arising under the Constitution, treaties or laws of the United States. If plaintiff moves to amend his complaint to include a federal claim, plaintiff will not
