MEMORANDUM OPINION


Ameen Alabudi was convicted of (i) unlawful possession with intent to deliver two hundred grams or more, but less than four hundred grams of cocaine, (ii) unlawful possession with intent to deliver one gram or more, but less than four grams of methamphetamine, and (iii) unlawful possession of four grams or more, but less than two hundred grams of methylenedioxy methamphetamine. The trial judge sentenced appellant to twelve years' imprisonment and assessed a $1500 fine in each case. Appellant, who is not indigent, has not paid for the clerk's records. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeals for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
