App. 179, 22 So.2d 616. Timely appeals are jurisdictional, and if not taken in time will be dismissed. Code, Tit. 19, § 17; Holt v. City of Birmingham, 237 Ala. 196, 186 So. 549; Gibson v. Edwards, 245 Ala. 334, 16 So.2d 865. Code, Title 7, § 805 does not apply to breathe life into a void appeal.
