ORDER

This case, as part of a group of consolidated cases, is set for trial during the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, Special Session beginning on December 5, 2022. On November 14, 2022, petitioners filed, at docket entries ##240, 242, and 244, rebuttal expert witness reports by Edmundo J. Laporte, Michael F. Wick, and Michael Rogers. Petitioner concurrently filed, at docket entries ##241, 243, and 245, identical expert rebuttal reports by Messrs. Laporte, Wick, and Rogers. We will direct the Clerk of the Court to strike the documents at docket entries ##241, 243, and 245 as duplicative.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the documents filed at docket entries ##241, 243, and 245 are hereby stricken from the record as duplicative.
