ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge.

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan Trial Session. On March 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. By order served March 18, 2022, the Court ordered petitioner to file an objection to respondent's motion and set respondent's motion for hearing. On March 24, 2022, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving all issues for taxable year 2018. As a result, the Court will enter the Stipulated Decision into the record in due course.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 16, 2022, is stricken for hearing and is hereby denied as moot.
