Order striking out defenses reversed upon the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. The determination of the meaning of the words "not stated" should await trial, when facts which may throw some light thereon may be adduced. Kelly, P.J., Manning, Young, Kapper and Lazansky, JJ., concur.
