MOHAMMAD AL-BARNAWI, Appellant, v. AARON BENBOW, Appellee.
On appeal from the County Court at Law No. 5 of Nueces County, Texas.
Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Benavides and Longoria
ORDER
PER CURIAM.
This Court previously issued an opinion and judgment in this cause on August 30, 2023, dismissing the appeal. See Al-Barnawi v. Benbow, No. 13-23-00118-CV, 2023 WL 5611427, at *1 (Tex. App.-Corpus Christi-Edinburg Aug. 30, 2023, no pet. h.) (mem. op.). Subsequently, appellant filed several motions, including a motion to reinstate his appeal, two motions for leave to file an amended notice of appeal, and a motion for rehearing. The Court, having fully examined and considered appellant's motion to reinstate is of the opinion that, in the interest of justice, appellant's motion to reinstate the appeal should be granted. As such, appellant's amended motion for leave to file his fourth amended notice of appeal is also granted. Appellant's initial motion for leave to file his fourth amended notice of appeal and his motion for rehearing are dismissed as moot.
Through this order, we withdraw the opinion and judgment previously issued in this cause and order that this appeal is active on the Court's docket and is subject to all applicable appellate deadlines.
