ORDER
The reporter's record in this appeal has not been filed because appellants have not requested it. On June 8, 2020, we ordered appellants to file, no later than June 18, 2020, written verification they had requested the reporter's record and paid or made arrangements to pay for the record. Although we cautioned appellants that failure to comply could result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record, to date they have not responded. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c). Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See id.
As the clerk's record has been filed, appellants shall file their brief on the merits no later than July 28, 2020.
