Akinro v. Maher

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit
Aug 11, 2008
286 F. App'x 45 (4th Cir. 2008)

Opinion

No. 08-6749.

Submitted: July 31, 2008.

Decided: August 11, 2008.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Catherine C. Blake, District Judge. (1:02-cv-00555-CCB).

Francis Akinro, Appellant Pro Se.

Before NIEMEYER, TRAXLER, and GREGORY, Circuit Judges.

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

Francis Akinro appeals the district court's order denying his motion to reopen his case based on newly discovered evidence. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Akinro v. Maker, No. 1:02-cv-00555-CCB (D.Md. Apr. 25, 2008). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
