ORDER

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Baltimore, Maryland remote trial session. On March 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By Order dated March 23, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file an objection, if any, to respondent's motion on or before April 8, 2022. Petitioner did not file any response to the order.

On April 11, 2022, this case was called and recalled from the calendar. Both petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At that time, respondent made an oral Motion for Continuance. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause filed March 23, 2022 is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that respondents Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed March 21, 2022, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's oral motion for continuance is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 11, 2022, submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. 1
