DIVORCE, § 126propriety of modification of decree in matter of father's right of visitation with children. In divorced husband's proceedings for modification of provisions of divorce decree concerning with minor children awarded wife, wherein wife filed counter-petition for increase in monthly payments for support of children on ground of increase in living costs, decree increasing amount of time which husband might have children in his home and denying counter-petition was affirmed as against wife's contention that husband had unclean hands because he was in arrears on monthly payments, and that there was no evidence of change in circumstances warranting change in prior order concerning privileges of visitation, where evidence sustained finding that husband's default in payments was due to sickness, and he was directed to pay up arrears, and wife had remarried and offered no evidence of change in financial condition of parties.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Williamson county; the Hon. C. Ross REYNOLDS, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1949.
