The Honorable David A. Canales is the presiding judge of the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. However, the Honorable Laura Salinas, sitting by assignment, signed the order that is the subject of this appeal.

Appellant AKF Group, LLC filed a motion to dismiss, requesting that this court dismiss the appeal. The motion states that the parties to this appeal have reached an agreement to resolve their disputes. The motion also states that the parties have conferred and that appellees join in the request to dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.3(a). Therefore, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See id. R. 42.1(a)(1). Costs of the appeal are taxed against the party who incurred them. See id. R. 42.1(d).
