This case is currently set for trial at the Court's March 4, 2024, Denver, Colorado trial session. On February 12, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before the call of the case from the calendar, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed February 12, 2024, is set for hearing at the Court's Denver, Colorado trial session, scheduled to commence on March 4, 2024, at 10:00am in Room C502, 5th Floor, Byron G. Rogers U.S. Courthouse, 1929 Stout St., Denver, Colorado 80294.

Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with this Order or failure to appear at trial may result in the Court granting respondent's motion to dismiss and entering an order and decision against petitioner.
