On September 7, 2021, petitioner Tahir Ajaz filed the petition to commence this case, seeking review of a joint notice of deficiency issued to petitioner and petitioner's spouse for their 2018 tax year. On March 10, 2022, Saima M. Ajaz filed a ratification of petition, thereby indicating that Saima M. Ajaz wishes to be added as a petitioner in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Tahir Ajaz and Saima M. Ajaz, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
