Defendant-respondent having moved for the admission pro hac vice of Michael S. McNamara, Esq., for purposes of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on December 2, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John G. Powers, Esq., sworn to July 22, 2011, the affidavit of Michael S. McNamara, Esq., sworn to July 19, 2011, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Michael S. McNamara, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for purposes of this appeal.
