On July 22, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. Upon review, it appears that the phrase "and the calendar years 2017 and 2020" included in the first ordered and decided paragraph should read "and the calendar years 2017 through 2020".
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 13, 2024, the parties shall file a Response (preferably joint) to this Order and advise the Court whether there is a typographical error in the first ordered and decided paragraph of the Proposed Stipulated Decision as described above.
