This is a companion case to the matter entitled "Doshie F. Ainsworth, et vir., versus Bituminous Casualty Corporation, et al., Number 7285", on the docket of this court, 379 So.2d 1187.

For the reasons assigned therein, the judgment in favor of defendant, Clyde Nichols, is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
