ORDER


As the attached letter indicates, the Court has been advised that these cases all have been settled in principle subject to the preparation of certain documents and other conditions. Accordingly, all of these actions, and any counterclaims and cross-claims asserted herein, are dismissed with prejudice and without costs subject to the right of any party, by the service and filing on or before September 15, 2000 of a notice of reinstatement, to reopen these actions in the event that settlement agreement(s) have not been executed or conditions to the obligation of any party to consummate the settlement remain unsatisfied.

SO ORDERED.
