Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Susan K. Duke, Esq., sworn to November 8, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Tiffany P. Aiello, sworn to November 14, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
