ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed March 27, 2023, docket entry 11, is set for HEARING at the calendar call of the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court at 10:00 a.m. (11:00 a.m. ET). Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with the terms of this Order or failure to appear at the Hearing on April 17, 2023, may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an Order and Decision against petitioner.
