On March 27, 2023, docket entry 11, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. The Court, by Order dated March 30, 2023, docket entry 12, set respondent's Motion for Hearing at the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court.

On April 12, 2023, docket entry 13, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision document for the Court's review. The Court will accept and enter the parties Proposed Stipulated Decision.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed March 27, 2023, docket entry 11, is denied as moot.
