Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the proceeding transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered April 30, 2021, and having moved to adjourn the proceeding, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time for respondent to file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules is extended to February 28, 2022, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the proceeding is removed from the term of this Court commencing February 14, 2022, and the proceeding is added to the term of this Court which commences on March 28, 2022.
