On March 24, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Stay Proceedings because her assets are frozen in receivership. On August 8, 2022, respondent filed a Response to petitioner's motion to stay, in which he states that he does not object to petitioner's motion. On August 15, 2022, petitioner filed a Reply to respondent's Response.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Stay Proceedings is granted and proceedings in this case are stayed until further Order of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, although the proceedings are stayed the parties shall, on or before January 26, 2023, file with the Court written reports (a joint report, if possible) concerning the then-present status of this case.
