ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the Court's September 12, 2022 San Francisco, California trial calendar. There's quite a large deficiency in dispute, but it's really just the sum of a massive number of smaller substantiation disputes. Respondent recently reported that the parties have reached a basis of settlement for the majority of the issues in this case and continue to work on resolving the outstanding issues. The parties anticipate that this case will be resolved through settlement so it is

ORDERED that on or before June 28, 2024 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report describing their progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
