NADEEM AHMAD & QURATULAN AHMAD, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the Court's September 12, 2022 San Francisco, California trial calendar. There's quite a large deficiency in dispute, but it's really just the sum of a massive number of smaller substantiation disputes. Respondent reported that he has recently received records that petitioners believe will lead to settlement of the case or the narrowing of the issues. Respondent needs some time to review these records so it is

ORDERED that on or before December 19, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report describing their progress in settling the case or narrowing the issues to be tried.
