Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the plaintiffs failed to show that they were the procuring cause of the sale for which they have recovered commissions. Hirschberg, P.J., Woodward, Gaynor, Rich and Miller, JJ., concurred.
