MARGARITA AGUIRRE v. JASON MCPHERSON

LC No. 20-008280-CZ

Kristina Robinson Garrett Presiding Judge Kirsten Frank Kelly Noah P. Hood Judges

ORDER

This Court's May 4, 2023 opinion and order remanded this case to the trial court to clarify the scope of its quiet-title judgment. On remand, on August 9, 2023, the trial court entered an amended judgment in which it wrote that it was quieting "title in Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs' favor to the disputed property adjacent to the chain link fence and gate post and that the fence and gate post form the boundary line between the parties' properties." Satisfied that the trial court's clarification in the August 9, 2023 amended judgment is consistent with this Court's May 4, 2023 opinion, we AFFIRM. This appeal is now CONCLUDED.
