ORDER

In light of this court's May 22, 2020 en banc order extending time to file briefs in all pending appeals, appellant's brief was due June 30, 2020. On June 24, 2020, appellant filed a motion requesting an additional 30-day extension of time to file his brief. The motion is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that appellant's brief is due no later than July 30, 2020.
