ORDER

The trial court has filed an amended certification stating this is not a plea-bargain case and the defendant has the right of appeal. Accordingly, this appeal is retained on the docket of this court.

The trial court has further requested documentation in support of appellant's motion for a free record be filed in that court by October 7, 2016. We order the trial court to rule on the motion and submit its findings and conclusions in a supplemental record filed in this court by October 14, 2016.

All other deadlines in this appeal are suspended until further order of the court.
