Appeal from Superior Court, Monterey County; H.G. Jorgensen, Judge.

Action by Luis Agudo against Monterey County of the State of California to recover as assignee of 54 persons the value of wearing apparel and personal belongings alleged to have been destroyed by the actions of a mob. From a judgment for the defendant, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.
