Action to recover damages for personal injuries and the subsequent death of decedent. Plaintiff's intestate was a pedestrian on a highway while it was dark, and was struck by defendants' automobile truck, going in the same direction that he was travelling. Judgment entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of defendants unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
