ORDER

Due to inadvertent error, an Order directing the filing of an Amended Petition was issued in the above-docketed matter following the improper processing of the petition. The record has been corrected by reservice of the petition.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner no longer need comply with the Court's Order served January 7, 2022, insofar as it directed the filing of an Amended Petition. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall file a motion or answer, as appropriate, to the petition on or before April 17, 2023.
