On May 31 and June 1, 2023, respectively, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision and a settlement stipulation for the Court's consideration. Upon review, it appears that the date of the mailing of the notice of deficiency that appears in the proposed stipulated decision is incorrect.
Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the above-described settlement stipulation and proposed stipulated decision are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before June 16, 2023, the parties shall file for the Court's consideration corrected proposed decision documents.
